Can I Register Someone Else?
When you register, you must put the contact information that matches the billing information on file. If you are registering for someone else, you can email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org with the correct name and email you'd like the registration to go under and we can get that corrected for you.
Can I Share My Join Link?
No. Your join link is for one device only. If the system shows more than one device using your join link, all users using that link will be removed from the webinar until corrected.
Will There Be Playbacks?
Yes. Playbacks will be provided to you after the event has completed. Our team will send you an email once they become available.
Will the Playbacks Expire?
No. The playbacks are available for you to watch as many times as needed at your convenience.
What if I Can't Attend Live?
If you are unable to attend live, that's okay! You will still receive the playbacks to watch once they become available.
